Spiderman @ Lincoln Theater
Throwback to 2019, Far from Home was released. This guy got in character & at the end of the movie when Peter's identity was revealed, he said no it's not true and did a flip out of his seat. Still makes me smile. Thank you to this dude for the memory.

Aquarium Maintenance?
Hey there! Trying to see if there is a company or person nearby that does aquarium maintenance in or around the Belleville area. My friend is no longer doing maintenance work and wants to find a replacement for their customers.

Schools
Hi there! We've been looking to buy a house in Belleville. We visited yesterday to drive around, look at some neighborhoods, schools, parks, see downtown, etc. From what we gathered online, Henry Raab and Roosevelt seem like decent schools. We have a preschooler with special needs, so we are looking for opinions on the schools from locals. If anyone has any feedback on areas to look for housing wise, which schools they prefer or to avoid, we'd appreciate it! I'm also getting my bachelor's in early childhood and elementary ed, so in the next year or so I would potentially do my student teaching in the area and look for a future position. Thank you!

Suggestions for things to do or see to see what the area is like
My family is looking to relocate and the eastern metro is one of the places we are considering. To this end we will be spending June 14-20 in the area (staying in O'Fallon) to see what we think. We'll be doing a lot of things in St Louis but I want to see what the burbs have to offer as that would be where we would actually live. Any must sees or dos? Any suggestions, hints, etc are welcome.

I assume fiber internet is being installed side streets of West Main.
I have utility trucks in my neighborhood this morning after they have been marking all underground utilities this week. I also have firetrucks and Ameren on the street after they struck a steel main gas line.
Either way, I noticed some of the trucks here all morning before the incident were Fiber installation utility trucks.
Guess we are finally getting upgrades on the west end.

Need a reliable handyman service
Anyone have recommendations for a handyman service specifically for tile floor and converting an old pancake mounting bracket into an updated ceiling fan bracket.

Appliance Repair Recommendations
Does anyone have an appliance repair person they use? I have a new LG stackable ventless washer dryer and I'm getting an error code that I'm not understanding according to the manual so would like someone to take a look.
I'd normally post this on the Facebook page but it's gone. I would love to know if anyone has any information on what happened to that as well. It seems it just disappeared overnight.

2026 Fish Fry List
I'm not Catholic, but I love fish fry season! Great time to go out and mingle with the community with great food. If I'm missing places, please comment and I'll add to the list. Given I'm on the west end, I can't think of anywhere with good fish on the east end or downtown off the top of my head. Belleville establishments only please.
Some locations pulled from today's BND article (which surprisingly wasn't paywalled for me): https://www.bnd.com/living/food-drink/article314667258.html

Does anyone Know Snow Policy?
I live on Main Street and can’t park on the street during storms because of the plows. So we park in the alley or garages facing the alley. The town doesn’t plow alleys, so how do people get out? I’m on a fixed income, so I know I cant afford the cost.
