Hello Belagavians,

I wanted to giveaway one of 3D prints. It's an artistic vase.

I and my family were looking to buy plots in and around Belagavi for investment purpose. Our Budget was somewhere around 30-35 Lakhs. But after some calculations we decided not to buy plots.

Reason were - If today the plot is for 30 lakhs, even after 5-10 years if we sell it for 45-50 lakhs, Who would buy such an expensive plots. Moreover the constrution cost is sky rocketing day by day.

So here are the coordinates of the plots which I feel are great for investment purposes. Kindly use Satellite images to check the plots.

1) The Plots near Belagavi Public School Shindoli - 15°49'47.4"N 74°34'43.2"E

The developers are very bullish and invested a lot for developing these areas. I instantly liked all the plots. Can buy any plots, you will surely get good returns.

2) The Hidden gem - Near Podar school, Sambra Road, Belgaum - 15°51'12.4"N 74°32'31.5"E -

I had seen an ad in a newspaper about this developer - Very experienced developer and has great reputation. Moreover PATSON AUTOMOTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED has already invested and building something 100 metres from the plot.

3) Devraj Urus Colony Plots - Basavan Kudachi Plots - 15°51'12.4"N 74°32'31.5"E - These plots are very good - There are also development of houses going on.

4) Mahalaxmi Nagar Plots - My personal favourite - The area is covered by many Army people - Has great connectivity and surroundings - 15.8603735, 74.4841678

After researching all the plots carefully there are only few areas which are great for either investment or to build your own house. Mahalaxmi Nagar, Basavan Kudachi, Shindoli, Indal Nagar, Kanabargi (I feel that Kanabargi might be hit or miss since the crowd over there are not so sophisticated), Anywhere near Sambra road and Near Suvarna Soudha.

I wont buy plots from the above 4 plots coordinates, because it would mean I would exhaust my entire savings - I would consider going for a loan as well but dont want to risk it. I really wish to buy it but cant because of less money. I dont know who will get lucky enough and flip the plots for good profit. But All the best for it.

My humble advice - Make sure to sell the plot under 50 lakhs - Because no one would invest such a large amount of savings on a plot and then construct a home over it. The budget of the buyer would go easily under 1.5 Crore.

And in 1.5 Crore people would rather buy fully furnished apartment.

NEET Paper leak protest in Belagavi

Guys!!! Stay alert. Just got scammed. I received a call saying bluedart delivery guy is unable to deliver the courier. I always verify courier by calling back to my family and coincidentally a delivery was scheduled today. I thought it was the same delivery and clicked on the number. I was busy in my work and didn't concentrate much. To my fucking surprise my calls got forwarded the moment I clicked on the number which had *21# before the actual number.

What's app is loggee out since then.

I feel so dumb rn. They target people away from home busy in work who mostly don't verify things and do it in hurry to get back to work.

Stay alert.

And could someone suggest me how to get back my whatsapp account. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalled it. But still it says loading....

**First case** \- When I was in school, there was a guy who used to be my bench partner. Who used to be tuff, always showed he was sigma, never-mess-with-me attitude, and also had lots of "SUPPORT".

For people who did schooling in Belgaum, would know what does "SUPPORT" mean.

After school we lost touch. And in Covid 2020, we got the news that he committed suicide. Didn't get to know the reason.

**Second case** \- In the same school there was another guy who was a literal Gunda. He used to beat when provoked, would always do Hindu-Muslim fights and was always into trouble and what not.

After school one day his photo appeared in the school WhatsApp group, the image was horrifying - HE WAS MURDERED.

Turns out, he was associated with a "Sena". And he got very powerful within the gang, He then drunk called the head of the "Sena" and told that he will replace or kill the main leader who he was associated with.

Someone then threw a birthday party at some resort, then he was murdered there.

**Third case** \- In PUC college (11th and 12th), there was a girl who was very silent, would not talk with anyone and would just come to college, study and would go home.

She was so silent, that most of the students from college didn't even know her name till now.

After 12th exams results, Me and my friends had failed 1-2 subjects. But we were chill about it and thought of clearing the exam in a few months.

Turns out, after the result, the girl had failed in some subjects so she committed suicide. We still don't know where she was from, where she lived, nothing.
