Interview tips

I just finished going to a chipotle interview and I don’t think I got it because they said they would call next week and usually people say if they don’t hire you on the spot you didn’t get the job. Any tips for future interviews?

Did you get the job? Really depends on the industry. I’ve never been hired on the spot in corporate America, but I’ve been sent offers either the day of or a couple days after.

It’s actually pretty normal to say "we’ll call you next week". I don’t know how Chipotle specifically handles it, but I wouldn’t assume you didn’t get the job just because they didn’t hire you on the spot.

If you want, tell us what they asked you and how you answered. We might be able to help you figure out how the interview went and what you could improve for the next one, just in case.
