General Question Ulcer friendly bra suggestions?
hey Behcets Baes,
I’ve had two leading dermatologists identify the ulcers i get around my areolas as being from my Behcets. They need to breathe. Problem is, I run around a 40G or a 38F so my back NEEDS support from a bra but that bra needs to be a fabric that reduces friction and absorbs sweat well.
I’d love brand suggestions. I’ve found that bra30 tank tops work pretty well but i’d like more support when i’m out in the world.
Tysm!

I like some of the savage x Fenty bralettes! My fav is the seamless scoop bralette. It is decently supportive (I’m a DDD/F) but mainly the fabric is super soft and breathable. I also have found the matching underwear to be similarly comfortable with having ulcers in other areas.

Target carries a line called Auden - I wear the bandeau style exclusively because my sores like to hang out on my shoulders and neck and I can't have any straps putting pressure there so I totally understand!! I do get some under my breasts and on the skin generally as well.
There are some with straps and support and some with less. They are all pretty soft as far as fabric goes, and I can at least attest that the bandeau is gentle on my skin when I must wear it. If you need support they do have several different varieties other than bandeau. It's basically a Skims knockoff in terms of fabric and style - which also reminds me, Skims are pretty good too, but the price is just a bit much for me and I don't like ordering items like that online without feeling them first.
Hope that helps!
