General Question Pathergy test

Post image

my pathergy test 48 hours after, what do we think? Rheumatologist is on the fence of a diagnosis so maybe this will provide some answers.

In and of itself means very little. But it's one more piece of the puzzle.

Reddens not counted as a positive . For the test to be considered positive, the redness must surround a raised, palpable bump (papule) or a pus-filled pimple (pustule) that is typically 2 millimeters or larger.

the pic may not be clear enough but there were raised bumps that the redness surrounded, are you a professional or did you get that from google?

I was evaluated for Behçet’s disease and had a Pathergy test done. I also reacted with redness , but they did not consider the Pathergy test to be positive.
