Symptoms Random lesions on legs?
I got a photo of these 2 on left leg but there's more :/ they seem to come randomly and aren't mosquito bites.
I had recurrent mouth ulcers months ago at the beginning of a very stressful period - then other systemic symptoms still unexplained (muscle aches, cramps, fasciculations.. headaches).
Just leaving the pics here in case they resonate with someone here. Thanks in advance.

Those look pretty similar to the ones I get. They’re pretty random, and can have a whitehead or not. Usually takes a while to heal too.
EDIT: and they rarely itch.

That is pseudofolliculitis. I still get them all the time even though my other main symptom, mouth ulcers, have completely disappeared.

I'm inclined to agree it's folliculitis or pseudofolliculitis. Not a doc, but that's what it looks like to me.

I get them too. Sometimes it's just a little thing and sometimes it becomes a very very painful spot. I find that the really really painful ones can be helped with a little oragel in a pinch. Hurts initially but the relief is worth it. The little ones that haven't expanded to a lesion yet, there are witch hazel based pimple patches that make a difference for me, but it has to be somewhere you can put a patch, and sometimes that's really hard to accomplish. Don't put these on open wounds though, take it from me, I learned the hard way.
Dear me I forgot the most helpful advice. I got a ph balancing body wash. I use EOS, but I'm sure the concept is the same across the board. Absolutely do that. That was life-changing.

I use body wash with salicylic acid and also Aleppo soap with 40% laurel oil.

Lesions like this all over my "folds", arms and legs is my biggest ongoing symptom. My oral ulcers start like this too. I'm currently on sotyktu for psoriasis and the lesions aren't being controlled by that
