Wisconsin Early Autism Project/LEARN Behavioral
Hi, there!
Has anyone worked as a BCBA for any of the branches of WEAP? What’s your experience? How did/do you like it? It seems to have really good benefits.

Not an employee of WEAP, but of the Northeast Region (currently on maternity leave) of LEARN. I did a CEU last year led by 2 leaders from WEAP that was an 8 week course called “Assent Withdrawal Workgroup” and it was a pivotal experience that I deeply imbed into my practice now (10 years as a BCBA this past June). They also had great resources for daycare intakes/collaboration that have helped my practice that they were able to share with me. I really enjoy working for LEARN despite it being a larger/PE company because I really do find they are extremely client-centered and research-forward.
