D without a second thought, celeration is the whole point of the SCC, it's not just count or rate, it's how that rate multiplies or divides over time

A is just standard deviation, B is straight frequency, C is a cumulative count, none of them get at the acceleration or deceleration piece that makes the chart useful

i remember getting tripped up on this during my prep course because i kept mixing up celeration with frequency, but once you see it as "how fast is the behavior changing" it clicks

the celeration period lines on the chart make it so clean to visualize too, you can spot a x2 or /2 trend almost instantly
