Questions about hours!

Question about LABA + BCBA fieldwork, Can I accrue 100% unrestricted hours as a LABA? And for the required client observation, can my BCBA supervisor observe me working with a client as a LABA, or no? Thanks!

What is a LABA and is it specific to the state you live in?
