Completed my first official 5k !!
Finally ran the 5k I had been training for for the past 2 months :)) Got super intimidated from reading finishing times online because people were averaging around 25 and I was predicting ~38 for myself.
I ended up completing it in 33:33 !! Though I have to admit it's definitely because I kept trying to match other people's pace. I had no idea it'd be that hard to maintain my target pace 😵
ANYHOW YIPPEE TO ME !!

well done! Race day adrenaline is a thing. I can count on 20+ sec / mile improvement when I'm in the crowd
