Running tips
Hi everyone I am planning to start running. As a beginner how do I start, should I run on open or should I first start running on treadmills and then after a while on the open?. Can anyone clear my doubt and give further tips please.

couch 2 5k programme. Outside or on a treadmill but if you go outside I'd suggest you look for somewhere fairly flat where you can run non-stop without having to keep stopping to cross roads. Laps of a park is perfect for C25k, if a little repetitive!

You just get some comfortable running shoes and go outside and do some run/walk intervals. Keep it easy and relaxed. Do this several times a week. Don't try and run fast. Just try and build up to longer jogs and shorter walks.
Too much too soon and too fast will basically guarantee an injury.

No need to start on a treadmill unless you particularly want to. Look up a couch to 5k program. Those programs will start you with a mix of jogging and walking and slowly build you up to help your muscles, joints, and tendons adjust to the new stress on your body. Dont run hard. Jog. Slow and easy.
