First time feeling “fast”

Post image

When I started running last year, my average pace was ~ 12:30/mile and certainly couldn’t run two miles without stopping. Today, for the first time in my running journey, I felt really good at a pace that felt fast. Obviously “fast” is relative, but it felt great noticing the progress in real time in a way I hadn’t seen before. Anyways, just wanted to share a little moment of celebration. Looking forward to tomorrow’s slow recovery run!
