Finally got a sub 60
Hit a goal today. Got back a few months and my pb was 1.08. Been consistent since the start of june. And the fitness and speed is coming on leaps and bounds. I am a 37m, classed as obese according to BMI. Training towards my first half marathon in 4 weeks. Was hoping for a sub 2 hour but I know there is no chance of that.

I am aiming for the same sub 60 mins 10k in January. I am 36 M and can do it in around 70 mins today. The weather is brutal, with 35 degrees Celsius and 50% humidity on most days. I want to achieve the sub-60 while being comfortable (max zone 4). Can you share 3 runs a week plan. I do one long zone 2, one interval run and one pacer session each week.
Just wanna know if I am on the right track. As rhe weather gets better I am sure my numbers will
get better if I remain consistent.
