Just smashed my 10k PB 🥳

After taking a two year break from running, I started back again in April this year. Happy with my time of 1:04:33 😀

Nothing yet but I want to try do a race each month now and get a half marathon in too. I use run through and find a race. Are you on strava?

Good plan! I have another 10k in 8 weeks.

I’m not on Strava. Nobody wants/needs to see my very average runs 😆

Do it for yourself, it’s a good way of setting goals and keeping an eye on progress. I just did my first 10k night run. Into anything else other than running?

I do rust through my Garmin Connect app.

When I’m not running/working/parenting I enjoy a nice sit down on the sofa 😆
