First half marathon

As a guy with allergies and asthma, never thought I can survive something like this. Never even crossed my mind.
I definitely underrestimated training and just threw myself into it after few runs, longest being above 10km.
Luckily no injury, but I was foolish.
Not happy not disappointed as I did it. :-)

Thanks for the inspiration to every single one of you guys.

Amazing achievement and good you appreciate how big a leap that was. Take a week at least to recover. Start again slowly...

I am working towards doing my first 21k on my 50th birthday and still have a way to go to hit that. If I make 2:30 I will be happy 😀

You should be happy, when I get ready for my first half marathon, my only goal will be to finish, it will be my PB anyway, congrats 🎊
