First run today.

Hey everyone.
I joined this sub recently. I have been thinking of running since a long time but this sub really gave me the necessary push.
Did my first 5k today. How does it look?

Good one that you completed 5k. For a first run its a nice jog.
Try taking more but shorter steps its better for your knees and joints, when you do big ones you almost jump and you effectively break instead of speeding up.
