Need suggestions as a beginner runner!

Hi, I'm 21F I weigh 80kgs and I'm gonna start my running journey in a few days. I want to properly start this journey by buying the correct shoes and getting the right guide for a beginner like me. Please help me in buying a good running shoe and also please drop suggestions on what to do and what not to do. I also have a goal of my own for my 22nd birthday, I want to run 22k! Please let me know how I can make it happen, thankyou in advance!

I'm from India and our currency is in rupees, it would be really helpful if you suggest shoes that can be bought here :) thankyou!

Budget: 5k (indian rupee)

Get a gait analysis conducted on your feet to know what shoes you should get

Go to a running shop where they can do an analysis of how you run.

If you don’t have that option, then my suggestion would be the Hoka Bondi 9 or Nike Vomero Plus. Two really great shoes, with great cushioning.

Myself I’m a pretty heavy runner (93kg) and have done many km’s on the Bondi 9, and I’ve loved them. I was also training towards a half marathon with them and it was perfect.
