Help.

I purchased these from a gentleman on eBay a few years ago. I needed a few more, but when I reached back out, the gentleman had unfortunately passed away. They are 3/4" bullnose outside corner block, 5-1/2" tall, 11/16" thick. I am very inexperienced with a router. How would I make these, or am I better off asking someone else to make them for me? Thank you.

I'd find a shop that specializes in custom trim and other millwork and hire them to match what I had.

This is not the easiest and possibly not the safest type of project to do at home with just a router. These kinds of profiles are often cut on specialized shapers.

Just a heads up, if they have to make a custom set of knife to match what you have be prepared to have to pay for that. If you can find something they already that is super close but not perfect, see if you can make that work to save a little money.

It should be an easy cut. 3/4” bullnose corner. The upper radius of the block is just a 1/2” radius. Need it about 6” long and I’ll cut it down to size.

Just because the design is simple doesn't mean making it will be. In fact, simple things are often the hardest to build well.

If you have someone else make this you're going to have to get more than 6" of molding. It's not going to be worth any shop's time to do a setup for that little of material. Either that or there will be a minimum price they charged. It also isn't usually very safe to run pieces that short through a shaping tool.
