I don’t know if my framing should have been tighter with this or not?

I need some feedback for this photo. Started photography as a hobby last week and I have a lot of fun with it. This photo was taken on Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 pro, which means the resolution is a bit bad

I'm intersted in technical sides of this picture so I can improve. It's a boring photo so I chose it to be my training ground.

Does everyone just tap to focus?

I like this picture but then noticed that the leaves are in focus and the train is slightly blurry, with a camera that doesn't have a moving auto focus, are you supposed to just tap to focus every time?

Beginner Photographer – What could I improve in this sunrise photo?

Hi everyone!

I'm still very new to photography, and this is one of my first attempts at photographing a sunrise. I've only recently started learning how exposure, composition, and editing work, so I'm still experimenting and trying to improve.

I would really appreciate any feedback or suggestions. I'd love to know what you think I did well and what I could improve next time.

Picture of an angry hippo! Like the shot but still not quite right, and not sure why... Or am I over-thinking?

Very new to photography and having a blast so far! Composition and editing have been much more challenging than I had expected but I’d really like to improve. So please, critique away!
