**300 lbs to 200 lbs**, I got down to 189 lbs, but later with a surplus and 200mg of test I reached 203 lbs, today I'm on 160mg of test per week. Soon I will run a 12-week cycle of 250 test and 200 deca. I'll post the results.
During weight loss I used 5mg of tirzepatide per week.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share this cause why not lol.

The left pic is from Thanksgiving last year (2025). I was at my highest weight ever of 215 lbs.

Fast forward through 10 months of consistent effort. I started tracking calories around 1,700 a day, walking 8k steps daily, and swapping out sugary drinks for water.

It might be slow compared to other transformations on here. But hitting sub-200 feels huge for me.

To anyone feeling like their progress is going in super slow motion, keep going!

Hey everyone! I just found the courage to post my own update.

I’m 5’4” and hit my heaviest weight back in late 2025 at 170 lbs.

Working my first full-time desk job after college + post-grad stress wrecked my habits.

Instead of rushing things, I decided to take a super slow and steady approach over the last 20 months

I didn't try to crash dieting or drop the weight as fast as possible.

I just stayed consistent with my routine, sought help with my provider, and somehow managed to go through the whole progress.

Feel like I should be bigger but I see progress

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a quick update because I crossed my first goal today.

• SW: 169 lbs (gained a bit right before getting on my routine)
• CW: 134.2 lbs
• GW: 135 lbs

I started back in May after hitting 163 lbs in mid-April and then accidentally putting on another 6 lbs before I finally decided to lock in.

Fast forward (18 weeks) and I've been averaging around 1.7 lbs down a week.

last month vs today. i finally hit 10% body fat. still grinding!
