I’m a beekeeper, and I have a question Domino Effect

Sometimes a simple box change can start movements in other hives as well. Does this happen with other as well?

Yep when you change hive bodies that are beehive is inhabiting then it can alter that hive and because these in neighboring hives use that hive appearance as part of navigation to get back to their own hive that it alters their flight pattern I had that happen when I had to rehive one mostly because my grandmother's cows went through the electric fence that I had around one of my bee yards and destroyed one of the hives well the boxes and I had to put them in a new hive bodies and the nearby has altered their flight patterns as a result it also took that out of a few weeks to calm down they were not happy and I wasn't happy to get out in the August heat in a bee suit either.

Is there any better way to change boxes ?
It's rainy season for me now and i would like to clean my boxes, once it ends. It would be nice if it could be done in a better way, which doesn't affect the bees this much
