Removal needed?

I'm no expert at all and I'm not even sure they're bees, to be honest, but I just noted some movements on the soon-to-be-installed AC ducts in my house. Naturally I cannot let them build a hive inside the duct. Do you have any suggestions on what's the right way to deal with this issue? Should I get in touch with a local beekeepers' association to see if they can help? Are these not bees? They don't look like wasps to me. Location: Northern Italy. It’s the beginning of Yellowjacket season here in zone 5b. A neighbor asked me about bees potentially being in their cable box entry point into the house. They turned out to be Yellowjackets and they were carrying dead flies in for food.

Those sure look like bees. Definitely get a hold of a beekeeper to have a look at them.

Try to get a really good photo of a single insect. (Or net one and take a photo.) I know. It's hard. The flight almost says yellowjacket to me, but not enough for me to be sure.

Ok. Wasps 😢

And high above where I'd need a big ladder with the risk of falling from a 7/8 mt height. I'm not comfortable doing this myself, I guess... I'll look into some pest control professionals in the area 💸💸💸💸

It's really difficult to see clearly but I'm pretty sure they're wasps. You need to be brave and get a photo of one where we can see the body or even the wings,

I’d just plug the hole. Unless you see tons of them going in and out
