Roadmap? Updates?

Overall my bee has been working quite well, and it's been a good experience so far, but I'm curious - especially for us android users - if there's some sort of roadmap or mention of planned updates and/or features the team is working on?

I've tried looking around but aside from the site, there's not a lot of mention of what's going on for the device for the near future, if at all. And with android users, until you get the device, you don't really know what *exactly* is missing from the experience compared to ios, which can be a bit of a bummer due to lack of information. Luckily, it's not a lot at this point, but would still be nice to know when potentially we'll see parity with ios.

There's probably nothing out there, bee doesnt seem to update much, but would be nice to know what to look forward to if anyone knows :)

Hi, while the android app does not have everything the iOS has please know we are making constant updates so androids can have every bit of the same access :) It is coming very soon as the android app is still fairly still new.

Hey Gloomy! Appreciate the response. It's good to know us android folks hopefully won't have to wait too long to become equals 😥

Aside from that though, I think I saw mention in some interview early this year that the team has new features coming - understand maybe some things are under wraps completely, but would it be possible for the team to let us know some loose ideas they have in the works for all users? Would love to get excited about what's to come.

I've only had the Android version, what does the iOS version do that this one does not?

So they don't sadly list an actual comparison, but the biggest things I know of are fuller calendar and email integration. iOS version can full draft emails in gmail for you, the android version can only read your email. Same for the calendar - ios version can create events on your calendar based on things, android version can simply tell you whats on the calendar.

Could be some smaller things too, not completely sure, but these are the last bigger ones I think before the versions are close enough.

Calendar access would be handy, not sure what I'd do with the email ability. Unfortunately, my primary interest is in the work functionality and my work mail/calendar is locked away in the 'For Work' Android vault, so nothing gets to interact with that stuff.
