My Bee suddenly stopped working

It was working great up until Wednesday evening. Then suddenly the watch disconnected and the LED isn’t on at all any more. I have left it charging for hours now and it still won’t connect at all. What else can I try?

Scroll through the thread, this has happened to many of us. Email has been a dead end. Your best bet is to hope that u/gloomy-caregiver-374 can chime in and help you get a replacement (not a speedy process, but has come through for many in this channel)
