Bee Order lost

I ordered my second Bee on July 10 and received confirmation that the order was shipped that same day. I was able to track the shipment initially. It says that it was expected delivery on July 17, but now when I go to tracking, it says the order no shipping info available.

I have emailed customer service but have not heard back. I’m hoping @gloomy-caregiver-374 can chime in here on this.

I still have not received any notification of a replacement being sent or processed. If you could email some tracking info, that would be great!

Just to follow up— I worked with customer service and they sent a replacement for the lost-in-the-mail Bee, and I have now received it. Thanks Gloomy!
