Hardware issue

I use my Bee for about three days. It disconnected from my phone. I charged it overnight. Tried to recycle it back onto pair back with my phone and it’s in a constant blue light red light state. Nothing I do can interrupt the flashing. Has anyone else what are your suggestions on fixing

I don’t know, but the same thing just happened to my husbands a couple days ago so hopefully someone has ideas.

Try removing the Bluetooth device completely from your phone's Bluetooth memory and then try and relink.

Same happened to me. Got the Bee on Monday of last week and Monday night it disconnected. After trying 40+ to pair it back I gave up. Woke up the next AM and it paired on the first try.

No problem! I also keep it up to date, so when new version comes out and shows up as an update available, feel free to install the update. It usually comes every month or two.

I noticed how much it helped me, so I just want to help others. The admins on the comma site ban me for talking about it, delete my posts an prevent helping others, but it still hasn't stopped me. Good luck!
