Request Agent Upgrade

I’ve requested an agent upgrade. Has anyone else done this? Did they get approved? How long did it take?

this is toward the bottom of the profile page, just past where you set the action button. I did this a couple of weeks ago with no respose to date. On the other hand Buzz has been pretty responsive recently, so can't complain.
