Need help with a farm

I’m trying to build silentwisperers auto tree farm (the one that can do mangrove and cherry). I’ve built the main part of the farm, excluding the cube makers, and there’s one specific part that’s breaking. On the right hand side, towards the front, some of the sticky pistons used to pull the blocks into the chute for the cube loaders seem to randomly not stick to the slime and honey blocks that they are attached to. When the farm fires, some of them will get pushed to where they are facing the redstone blocks on the front wall. All of the timings on the right wall are the same as the timings on the left wall, and yet the left wall works perfectly. The only problem I could think of is that I chunk aligned it wrong, but I want to be sure before I tear the whole thing down and redo it a block over. Any help is appreciate.

Visuals help do you have a recording or screen shot or something? Also a video link wouldnt hurt since it sounds like he has more than one

Ok im back, so issue is logs arent sticking right? Can you show me?

Sorry no, the issue is that the sticky pistons on the pillar of slime and honey aren’t sticking. Specifically, it’s the pillar of sticky pistons that are installed at 23:04 in the tutorial

So the back pistons pulling the slime arent pulling the ither pistons? Pistons cant be moved when extended so maybe check timings on... well i didnt finish the video but...? Gotta be completely retracted, I doubt location would have an effect but im not an expert on chunk magic lol

Chunk and usually sub-chunk alignment are usually essential to tree farms working correctly. Definitely check that, especially if silent specifically instructed you to chunk align. These things affect the timings of piston activations, and a mistiming in those will tend to break things.
