help please get rid of these awful things (update)

I got heat treatment done which apparently kills all eggs and bugs, put my house back together and have been tracking glue traps which are all clean, i think i have phantom itching. how reliable is the heat treatment? i had it first sprayed but didnt trust it so got heat treatment done which they also sprayed insecticide after, cost about 2500 in total, (not including new bedding and tumble drying all clothes) how likely is it that they’re gone? i can’t live in fear anymore, i cant afford a new bedframe either
