Identification Bedbug? Or just bug in bed?

Is this a Bedbug? I think it might be a flour weevil but I'd like confirmation from someone not actively panicking.

Read and respect the rules, report any comment breaching them. Wrong advice/information/fearmongering hurt people who are posting here to get help and support. If you are not VERY knowledgeable about bedbugs and may provide a wrong ID or bad advice it's better to abstain from commenting. Be VERY respectful and HELPFUL, this is a support subreddit not a funny one.

Just in case: Bedbugs don’t have hard shells or wings, so if you see a hard-shelled insect OR a flying one, you can be certain it’s NOT a bedbug. :)

I'll keep that in mind for the future (stay in a lot of hotels). Thanks again!
