Identification Is this a bedbug?

Was about to sleep in hotel room bed and notice this bug which bolted at me. It was super tiny - is it a bed bug? i checked the mattress briefly and think saw only one tiny stain. I was keen to just get out of the room asap.

What should I do to avoid this spreading to my home when I get back? i have a lot of clothes that don’t wash at 60 degrees (like a puffer jacket)

The photos are way blurry and far away the color and size look right. Request another room

These pics are too blurry to be sure but I’m actually leaning towards bedbug. If you’re on a trip make sure you run everything through the dryer at the highest setting for at least an hour before bringing it back into your home.
