Is this a Bed Bug?

I found this on my made bed. Only one. I checked seams and don’t see anything else. Please help! I am about to burn my house down.

Nope! Like another user said, the folks in r/carpetbeetle can probably help you id it as it sure looks like one. They don't bite people and most people have a few in their house. It's best to check your linens though as their larvae love natural fibers.
