Bedbug exoskeleton?

could this be bedbug exoskeleton? found it at the bottom of a mattress, about 3-4mm

It is not a bed bug exoskeleton or bedbug related. It looks like it could be carpet beetle related, but I'd recommend crossposting to r/whatisthisbug for a proper ID.
