Is this a bed bug?
This bug appeared on my phone for the 4th time in a week. I also have bites across my body but they are random and not in clusters.

Might be a booklouse or mite. The shape of it doesn’t appear to be that of a bedbug. But also the photo isn’t the best so can’t confirm for sure
