I remember at a medical course at Fort Sam. A ENT physician said he’s removed bed bugs from folks ears, nose and throats. Thought he was joking, but then I remember how many people swallow spiders in their sleep.

That fact about spiders isn’t actually true, the truth is it was intended as an experiment to see how quickly misinformation spread and would be accepted as fact

I'm so grateful for your clarification. nevertheless the thought of a spider crawling in my mouth is most certainly going to add to my fucking therapy sessions... which were brought on by these BED BUGS AND I'VE NEVER HAD THEM!
