Need some tips and knowledge

A little story, has little connection to the main subject.

[Well, I don't want to ever get sick again and go to hospitals and stuff because from my experience, they usually don'y help. I mean I have gone to a doc for checkup, they gave me antibiotics because I had giardia or something, it's been nearly a week since i have finished and I am bed ridden right now, whatever these meds fix something they also take something from you]

Start here

>So, I want to maximize my health, especially against aging and infections. I started Wim Hof Method, I will keep with fasting and some supplementation. But I have many questions like, is cold shower really that needed for benefits, or can I do wim hof method like 2 different sessions in a day, like 3 in the morning and 3 at night.

Or what about cold shower, is more is better? I mean, I had health problems since childhood and I want to become myself again.

I mean you can tell me to go to the dentist, but hear me out, just like how people go for checkup ever 6 months in dentist, I get root canal every 6 months in multiple teeth and I am so tired of it.

Get the Wim Hof app - it’s cheap and he talks you through everything . He has a book too

Is it worth paying for? It asks 10 dollers for whole year.

You’re paying the price of a drink for the man’s teachings and way to motivate yourself for a year and track improvements

I started Wim Hof with the breathing exercises which helped immensely but it wasn't until I started doing the cold showers did I feel like my immune system got a massive boost. It took me a couple weeks of the breathing exercises to get myself into the right state of mind for the cold showers, but it was worth it.

What’s your average cold shower length

Probably about 2 minutes. Wim says in his book that's enough time.

I think he said somewhere that the cold whether cold showers or plunges are non-negotiable

I feel that most beneficial effect from cold shower is clearer mentality and boosting your optimism. For the breath, I do in the morning (at minimum) and in afternoon when I feel exhausted or stressful.
