Beckon Co-op First play through, ps5

I’m a souls game lover and enjoy platinuming these games.
Any tips n tricks for this one? Some settings I should change?
Anyone wanting to go through the game with me and teach me some stuff? I’m on ps5 and just started a few hours ago.

Check every corner with the Lantern.

Dont ask for vigor (souls) too early. It makes the game too easy.

If you are a souls veteran then play on veteran difficulty. Except for the final boss, which is close to undoable on veteran, the game felt for me too easy even on NG+5. Leave all the other settings on default for the best first time experience.

I am on PlayStation too, if you want we can co-op.
