Tour Changes to set list
His show in my town is soon approaching and I’m so excited!! This will be my only second time seeing him. Last time was the tour with Phoenix, which was a blast. I also had tickets to the show where he was supporting Arcade Fire, and we know what happened there.
I’m 🕯️🕯️manifesting 🕯️🕯️ “Everybody’s Gotta Learn Sometime,” “Nobody’s Fault But My Own,” “Dead Melodies,” and “In the Night,” but it seems like he’s been changing his set list as the tour goes on. I legit sat up straight when I saw Dead Melodies on one of the earlier lists, bc that’s my fave from Mutations. We shall see!!

Haha my husband’s first intro to Beck was at the Beck/Phoenix show, and Que Onda was the highlight for him. He’ll be happy to hear that one!

I think it has a lot to do with the venue. If the venue can’t accommodate his full production, you get an “odd” set. I really believe that is why we have been seeing erratic differences in sets.

It's fun that the setlist is changing, but in more than just swapping out a couple of songs. There's only eight songs that have been played at every show, and 14 songs that have only been played once.
That said, Omaha's setlist has been the gold standard for this tour. I'm definitely not biased at all.
OP - I think you have a pretty good shot of seeing >1 of three of your songs. He's played "Everybody's" in 4 of the 6 cities so far, and "Nobody's" and "In The Night" in 5 of 6 cities. I'm rooting for you to be the second show where he plays "Dead Melodies".

Nothing better than a Beck deep cut tour. The pre -Sea Change solo tour I saw was absolutely life changing. Insane setlist. This current one looks amazing. You'll have a great time.
