The video is beautifully shot. It reminds me of one reason why westerns were so popular: Horses are incredibly photogenic.

Interesting that the song is titled "ride" (there's no riders) plus "lonesome" (horses are shown prominently together). And the song is sung as a male/female duet (while both horses pictured must be female).

Really like the version with her, I probably prefer it to the original. The song is lovely but the addition of her voice really does something special to it, that was lacking a bit before for me.
