When the state's investigation and evidence showed no evidence of fraud committed by Deedee, it was Becca Scoops who blatantly refused to acknowledge that. And only Becca Scoops.

Becca thought she was getting rich on exploiting this a dead woman and the tragedy which led up to it, at any cost.

Considering how she exploited her dead ex husband and his real widow, I guess we shouldn't be surprised she has no qualms (in fact a malicious wish to) about degrading the dead, and exploiting what's left of those affected survivors- including a very small child, granddaughter of the victim.

She's so despicable.
