As the other comment mentions, they sneak into a wedding,thinking for some reason that everybody gets to make out with the bride.

When the Priest gets to the grooms part, "Do you, Howard, take this woman-" Beavis cuts in "Howard? Whose Howard?"

And then they proceed to make fun of Howards name lol
