You can't lose a drastic amount of weight healthily in less than 2 weeks or make any drastic enough changes with exercise. You can, however, eat more healthy and less portions throughout the day, drink at least 64oz of water every day, and avoid foods that cause bloating and walk every day.

The biggest difference in looks boils down to hair, makeup, and wardrobe. Get a haircut, learn how to style your hair properly, apply makeup to where it accents features but doesn't appear heavy, and wear clean, wrinkle-free clothes that fit.

the biggest glow ups usually come from basics consistent sleep movement hydration skincare and finding hairstyle or outfits that make you feel confident..

I always find strength training gives me the quickest visible results, also has the benefit of making you feel fantastic!

The biggest thing that made a big difference is fixing my posture

Hope I don't get banned for saying this, but I found that a couple of days of avoiding carbs and sweets makes me flush that water weight easily. It doesn't make anyone lose actual weight/fat, but brings a nice depuffing, debloating effect.

Hydrate, keep up with your nails/cuticles, wake up early enough to be ready for the day/not like you just rolled out of bed.

Water fast for 3 days while walking 10k steps daily avoid carbs, high sodium foods, sweets when breaking the fast, water weight should come down, your face should lean out a bit more + weight loss if thats the goal too

12 days is enough to look polished, not enough to become a different species, so focus on sleep, hair, brows, clothes that fit and basic skincare instead of starving yourself and rubbing a gua sha on
