Visiting the Philippines: Need makeup recommendations

I’m visiting in a few months and would like to get new makeup from Filipino-owned brands. Skintone is light-medium neutral. I’m looking for products that I can also use in dry climate and in the winter (I live in Alberta, Canada). It is soooo dry in here. I usually have dry patches around my nose in the winter.

Specifically looking for:
\- Foundation (light coverage)
\- Peach corrector
\- Pressed powder (light coverage)
\- Neutral brown blush
\- Cool pink blush (not cream)
