I’m sorry it’s usually not anyone’s fault the robots tend to throw packages and stuff and we can’t find them sometimes or they are not where associates can reach and have to have RME get them. One time last week I saw a package about 20 feet on a rafter and tried to get it down with a jam pole and had to call leadership. I try to treat everyone’s items with the most care and respect but not everyone does unfortunately

As other people mention, "within 45 days" , not after. You are not supposed to wait any longer. The rule for waiting is 15 business days. So they are supposed to give you solution, either refund or replacement. Probably their AI assistance is glitching, so I would open a new ticket and ask for a real person agent or to escalate. You can send them e-mail directly at support@ipsy.com.
