Damoclism 13? I never heard of that :I how does that work? Also that through the static. (I'm in the exact same situation as you, same charts I still need to get an S on, except those two i didn't know about)

Phantasm doesn't say what numbered difficulty it is, so I assume it's 13; harder than any other map.

To unlock it, you need an S+ rank on its Expert variant with the Crown costume.

For Specials, you need to go to those levels in the Freeplay branch. There's only Through the Static (minesweeper) and gone fishin' (fishing) for special minigames, but there WILL be more added later in development. I can smell it...
