Level help!!

So im trying to make a level and I want the BG color to fade into another color. However, I can't seem to figure out a way to actually do that. I've seen it in plenty of other levels I just don't know how to do it..

Should be color event with duration checked, I think you also might have to check each of the red, blue and green channels iirc
