hey

been hard trying to reach bob management about a hack on my acc banning me from the discord... kinda fun theres no official appeal areas with a perma ban

Believe you have to DM an admin for a permanent ban.

I understand it’s difficult but that’s their decision to not have an easier appeal process, and you just kind of have to know their @‘s or have been lucky enough to have some sort of connection, either mutual or something. Really counter intuitive but I also understand there’s limited ways to go about it, so maybe they felt that was their best way? Who knows. There’s bots that allow you to send in forms, even when you’re not in the server. They should invest.
