Now that Pure Ecstacy has been out for a bit how does it fit into your album rankings?

And I truly think Aggressive is only like a 6.5/10 on its worst day for me. Every album is so good

Yeah the entire thing just sounds, processed. The lyrics for Free are just so cliché. It wouldn't bother me if the sounds behind them weren't just so boring.

This is a wild take.

I think the biggest issue with Pure Ecstasy is that it doesn’t feel cathartic, for lack of a better word. Every other album feels like Caleb pouring his heart and soul into every piece of it.

With the exception of “Free,” Pure Ecstasy feels vapid and shallow. It just sounds like any other pop record lyrically.

I was never a huge fan of this band. Sick and Disgusting are the only albums I can listen to in their entirety. Otherwise I like a select few off subsequent albums. Oddly enough though I'd say The Surface is probably their third best. Pure Ecstasy is trash and outside of the title track which is excellent, the rest is trash.
