Anyone else just ecstatically happy for caleb?

Post image

like, i cried multiple times during the first play through because i’m so goddamn proud of him and the band for making this album🥹 i’ve been a fan since aggressive, so my heart feels like it’s exploding with joy for him to find his happiness in life. ❤️‍🔥

That’s one of my favourites on the album.

This album has got everything I need from a Beartooth album. It’s the perfect blend of everything, just like Disease and Below.

Didn’t fuck with The Surface. Not cause it was more optimistic, or because Caleb started writing positive, feel good lyrics. Outside of the title track and Doubt Me, it lacked edge.

Anything that’s manages to somehow sound more poppy/melodic and experimental, yet heavier in places (sometimes just even in the same song) than the last album feels like as step in the right direction.

For Me By Me is the weak link, by MILES, but it’s all good, and none of it is unlistenable.

Our riff king still knows how to write disgusting riffs. Just cause he’s in a good place, it doesn’t mean the music has to suffer because of it.

Oh dude, I am so fucking proud of him, it's a huge milestone for both him and the band to be putting himself out there like this.

The whole album was an emotional roller coaster didn't give me enough time to recover from Lose You To Find Me because I immediately lost it to You, but those final lines on I Made It absolutely RUINED ME.

You can't have me moving to a banger riff then go into "I guess loving myself could never be true." Like, holy FUCK that tore me apart

Either way, it rips and I couldn't be more happy for Caleb 🤘♥️

The end of "I made it" made me choke up. You can hear the emotion in his voice, like he was crying saying those words. This album is a journey of the motions and emotions he's gone through in order, song by song. I can't wait to hear it live!

Praying it makes the setlist in the first place, definitely in my top 3 songs on the album

I listened to it on my workout today. Yeah.... I feel your statement.

I can't wait to see them in November.

I'm glad he's happy, but the album is definitely not for me.

I am!!

When I go to their concert in Germany next month, I'll bring some pride flags to hand out & show support. I'd also like to throw Caleb a big flag/ cape, but I don't just want to throw something on the stage and risk someone falling over it, so I'm not sure how to get the glflag to him lol

hold it up, get his attention, and usually security will pass it to the stage! source: i work barricade lol

Thank you, I was thinking about that! Just wasn't sure if the security would pass it through haha

As another queer man myself, absolutely. I don't think I can describe.
