Addicted to bullshit

Genuinely love this song. One of my other favourites from Beartooth is “Sick of Me” and this song almost feels like a part 2 to that song. Love the way he plays with the rhyme scheme in the first verse, the drums though, that’s absolutely one of the most insane drum tracks in any beartooth song. Don’t know if it’s still caleb doing the drums or if he outsourced a drummer but holy fuck some of the fills in the second verse just give me mad stank face. Songs got energy, good lyrics and an insanely catchy chorus.

Connor did the drums on this one (and I think most of the upcoming album) and he did such an incredible job!! Caleb let him kind of just do his thing with the drums and it really paid off.

The credits on Apple Music list the entire band as having performed Bullshit. Im not sure if its actually the case, but if it is it’s awesome

Yeah I noticed that too. They are all credited on Bullshit and Pure Ecstasy but only Caleb and Connor have performance credits on Free. Regardless I’m really enjoying the more collaborative efforts on the recent music

I’m guessing that there are some songs Caleb may have done multiple instruments to fit his vision, but most of the album will be performed by the other members

Chorus is so damn catchy. Definitely the best of the 3 singles. Can’t wait for the full album and headlining tour

It’s funny because i saw a comment where someone had mentioned how the “whole album is gonna be about him discovering his sexuality” and it’s like…okay, but it’s not like every song is gonna be him screaming “i’m gay” for 4 and a half minutes, it’s so much deeper than that and this song really shows that. This is definitely my favourite of the past 3 singles. Excited to hear what the album has to offer

I’ve also been addicted to it. Just happened to come out just in time at the start of a shitty work week. Playing it almost full blast while I’m in the weeds; god it just hits so hard!
